On Thursday, November 27th, Howard County offices and the Alpha Ridge Landfill will be closed, and there will be no trash or recycling collection. Thursday trash collection will instead take place on Friday, November 28th. Thursday recycling collection will take place on the following Thursday, December 4th. On Friday, November 28th, Howard County offices will be closed, and the Alpha Ridge Landfill will be open. Trash and recycling collection will take place as scheduled.
