Helen Rushing, secretary for the Savage Historical Society, wanted to insure that the community was aware that a volunteer from their organization would be available May 19 from 1-4 p.m. to help community members with researching information about our community and also selling calendars and historical items. The volunteer will be at the Faith and Ministry Building, 9032 Baltimore St. (use side entrance). (from the Howard Time Article)
Also, their next meeting is Monday, May 18, 2009 at 7 p.m. at the Faith and Ministry Building.
