Butterflies
No experience is needed; beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Just come with a desire to learn how to identify and help spot butterflies. The data collected will contribute to research. In this one-day event, groups of people count and identify all of the butterflies they see. There is at least one experienced leader for each group. Discover the world of dragonflies! As a volunteer you’ll help group-leaders spot dragonflies in mid-late July. Families are encouraged to participate; no experience necessary.
