Healthy Howard Day
This event, sponsored by We Promote Health, a health and wellness focused non-profit in Howard Count, will include a healthy kids zone, free health screenings, a worksite wellness area and healthy restaurant row with free samples from participating Healthy Howard Restaurants. There will also be opportunities to participate in various physical activities, including Zumba, cardio kickboxing, and yoga!
