Thank You to the Bethel Christian Academy Who Reached Out to Wholeheartedly Serve the Savage Community

Today, team of students from Bethel Christian Academy served our community by raking and bagging leaves along Savage Guilford Road and other areas around Savage and Jessup. What a wonderful thing for one of our local churches to do for the community. THANK YOU to Bethel Christian Academy and the Bethel Assembly of God for setting such a giving example and loving our community.

Let's work together as a community to thank them by donating food to the Bread of Life Food Pantry. Happy Thanksgiving!

Ephesians 6:6-8 (New International Version)
Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but like slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 7Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, 8because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he does, whether he is slave or free.

Janis-your blog consistently points out the selfless acts of service that too few are willing to give. God bless those prescious children. And God bless you Janis. You, more than anyone else in Savage, have given so much during your time living here. And that goes for the so called “life long” residents. The town of Savage will lose its most visionary citizen when you leave. We hope you will continue to serve in an advisory role even after you've sold your home. You are irreplaceable Janis. NO ONE can fill your shoes
