Doctor’s Rx for a Healthy and Safe Summer: How to Keep your Family Healthy and Safe

Columbia, MD - Summer is a time for fun in the sun and pool. It is also a time to remember how to stay healthy and safe while still having fun. Skin protection is a must under the Summer sun. Staying inside while sick from a Recreational Water Illness caused by E coli and unhealthy swimming practices is not fun in the warm weather. Finally, a tragedy in the pool may be preventable with a practice called “Active Supervision”.

Practicing safe and healthy habits will make the Summer months enjoyable for you and your family!
