Join County Executive Ulman as he declares the month of May as Bicycle Advocacy and Awareness month as he kicks off the County’s second annual “Bike to Work Day” event. Howard County’s “Bike to Work Day” will run in tandem with events taking place in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Counties.
